Spray Cork is applied directly to the van metal shell, creating a continuous, breathable and highly flexible coating that helps reduce thermal bridging, heat transfer, and the risk of surface condensation.
It also provides acoustic damping, helping to reduce road noise, vibration and general noise transmission through the van's metal shell.
It forms the first part of the insulation system, ready for the rest of the van conversion to be installed over it.

1 . Get in Touch
Send me a WhatsApp with some photos of the vehicle and tell me a little about the conversion. Ask any questions you have and we can discuss what you're looking for.
2 . Talk It Through
We'll have a call to go through the vehicle, what you need spraying, access, location and any other details.
3 . Book The Job
Once we’re happy with everything, we'll agree the price and arrange a suitable date for the work.
4 . Prepare & Spray
I prepare and mask the vehicle, then apply the SprayCork to the accessible areas of the metal shell.
5 . Hand Back
Once spraying is complete, the van is ready for you to continue with the bulk insulation and the rest of the conversion.
